We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. In stock items typically ship in 1-2 days. Custom orders typically ship in 2-3 weeks. Delivery times vary depending on your location and time of year.
Do you offer rush orders?

How much does shipping cost?

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. However, we strive to use products that are made in the USA.
What items can be embroidered?
We offer a selection of carefully chosen pieces, including linens, accessories, and gifts. For live events, items are typically provided or curated in advance to ensure a seamless experience.
Can I provide my own items for embroidery?
For custom orders, select outside items may be accepted upon approval. For live events, embroidery is reserved for items provided or purchased through the event to ensure timing and quality.
How do I place a custom order?
You may order directly through our website or reach out for custom requests. We are happy to guide you through the design process.
Can I customize my order?
Yes - each piece is designed with personalization in mind. You may select from a curated collection of fonts, thread colors, and motifs to create something uniquely yours. We also can digitize custom logos and designs for an additional fee. Please inquire on Contact Us page for details.
